Job description
```Duties```
-Perform maintenance to ensure community-owned homes and community common areas are up to company standards, including garbage pickup, snow removal and lawn care
-Perform daily needs regarding the operation of the well house
-Perform all tasks related to receiving new homes and coordinate warranty/service paperwork with the manufacturer
-Maintain all maintenance and grounds equipment in a clean and operable manner
-Maintain order and appearance of garage, well house, dumpster and storage areas
-Execute assigned work orders in a timely, professional and courteous manner
-Work with outside vendors as necessary
-Maintain excellent working relationships with local and state officials
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing machinery
- Well house experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Expected hours: 30-35 per week
